Job Overview We are looking for experienced Backend Developers skilled in Golang to build and enhance backend services for a large-scale platform. The ideal candidate should have strong backend engineering capabilities, a good understanding of microservices, MongoDB, and experience with modern development/testing practices. Experience with Temporal workflow is a plus. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Golang. - Work with MongoDB for data modelling, queries, and performance tuning. - Design and implement scalable microservices and REST-based APIs. - Build workflows using Temporal (good to have, not mandatory). - Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing and integration testing. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployments. - Troubleshoot production issues and participate in performance improvements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end. Required Skills - 5+ Years of Experience - Strong, hands-on experience with Golang development. - Good understanding of MongoDB (schema design, indexing, queries). - Experience building backend/microservices in distributed systems. - Knowledge of Temporal Workflow is a plus. - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, code quality, and testing frameworks. - Experience writing unit tests and integration tests. - Ability to work in an agile development environment. - GitHub Copilot familiarity is preferred.
