Shape the Future of Our Tech Stack Join Us as a Technical Architect (Hybrid Gurugram) We're looking for a Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This is a hybrid position, requiring 23 days per week in our Gurugram office. What You'll Do - Architect end-to-end tech solutions that balance performance, security, and scalability. - Guide and mentor development teams, enforcing best practices and technical excellence. - Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms. - Review system designs, identify risks, and steer mitigation strategies. - Align tech roadmaps with business goals and emerging industry trends. What You Bring - 10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years as a technical architect. - Expertise in Java, React, Hibernate, JSP, and other open systems; .Net is a plus. - Hands-on with tools like GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and DevOps pipelines. - Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server; NoSQL familiarity is a plus. - Skilled in REST/SOAP integrations, microservices, and cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Solid leadership, communication, and architecture design skills.
