Building a new consumer tech product in the relationships + trust space (stealth at this stage). High conviction problem + large market + strong cultural timing tailwind. Significant primary research + user interviews + need mapping already done. Product blueprint, features, user flows, opportunity sizing & monetisation logic is ready. Now looking for the right technical co-founder to own + lead the tech charter. Who are we looking for Full Stack Developer / AI-ML Engineer with proven hands-on shipped consumer product experience. Someone who is comfortable architecting, building, iterating and making core technical decisions for the long term. Responsibilities - Build app + backend end to end - Lead architecture, infra, security, privacy - Integrate AI/ML models (recommendation, classification, behaviour signal modelling, anomaly detection) - Set up scalable infra + API integrations - Lead technical choices + product performance decisions - Build early engineering team over time Tech Requirements - Node.js / Python - React Native or Flutter - Firebase / AWS / GCP - Postgres / MongoDB - Auth flows, identity, encryption fundamentals - ML experience in recommendation / NLP / classification - Strong git discipline + testing + CI/CD Bonus - Experience in social / community / identity / trust-tech - Deepfake / KYC / video verification familiarity - Curious about PSI / ZK / privacy preserving frameworks Structure Founding role. Outcome + capability over pedigree. We start with equity + part time contribution structure initially. As we hit agreed build + adoption milestones → move into compensation + team scaling structure.
