Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional with a Chartered Accountant qualification to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct regular training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes with other modules.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for system processes and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO related issues in a timely manner.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Participate in SAP upgrade and enhancement projects, providing insights from a finance perspective.

Skills and Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and compliance requirements.
