Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries, including but not limited to the United States, Europe, and Asia.

● Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies.

● Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.

● Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.

● Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other statutory requirements to relevant authorities in each country.

● Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements in each country and update payroll processes accordingly.

● Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies or issues raised by employees or stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

● Collaborate with external payroll service providers, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and address complex payroll matters.

● Maintain payroll records, documentation, and confidentiality of employee information in compliance with data protection laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

● years of experience in global payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company or payroll service provider.

● Deep understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.

● Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and MS Excel.

● Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
