Job Description

Chief Manager

Motor Third party Claims

Your key responsibilities

. Handling and management of litigation pertaining to

Motor accident claims, employee compensation cases

and other legal related issues

. Dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators

(internal team) for effective handling of claims

. Strategize for effective handling/management of legal

claims

. Adherence to internal processes and external

regulations

. Ensure effective implementation of processes set by

the company and department

. Co-ordinate with internal customers in order to

facilitate effective handling of claims and share the

court precedents for them to deal with the claims

. Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by

courts and other regulatory and administrative bodies

. Guiding departments on actionable to reduce the

litigation

Skill Sets

. Good Written and verbal Communication

. Planning and organising

. Excellent legal domain in various laws including

insurance, consumer, motor accidents, civil, criminal

etc.

. High Result orientation

. Problem Solving

. Process Orientation

. Good computer and presentation skills

Qualification Requirement :- LLB

Relevant Work-experience Required:

Minimum 6-8 years of experience with 3-4 years of

corporate experience in litigation preferably in General

Insurance Industry.

Person having the experience to handle the TP Claims

for state, preferably more than one state would be an

added advantage.
