Job Description Role: AVP-Contract Management Reports to: Vice President Legal Location: CPC, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai Education: LLB mandatory FROM INSURANCE DOMAIN ONLY What We're Looking For - Education: LL.B from a reputed law college. - Experience: 1415 years of post-qualification experience in handling commercial contracts. - Strong knowledge of procedural laws. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Prior experience in life insurance contracts will be a plus. What You'll Do - Draft, review, and negotiate different types of commercial contracts to meet business needs while managing risks. - Handle agreements related to corporate and branch leases, licenses, and similar documents. - Ensure all contracts comply with laws, company policies, and best practices. - Advise the business on how new laws or regulations can impact commercial agreements. - Act as a key link between the company, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract closure. - Develop and promote best practices in contract management and legal processes. - Keep accurate records and maintain contract-related data. - Regularly update stakeholders with reports on contract activities.
