This Position Reports To

E2E Analytics Lead

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and develop end-to-end analytics solutions for our Marketing & Sales, and Finance Department. Based on stakeholder requirements, you will work with business data to uncover actionable insights, define key metrics, and identify trends that drive performance improvement. Additionally, you will demonstrate your expertise by creating intuitive, visually compelling dashboards, adhering to best practices in data visualization and user experience.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore. This position reports to Global End to End Analytics Leader.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

- Executing quantitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights.
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
- Owning the knowledge capture and design aspects and ensures they are well documented to maintain and enhance the overall system integrity.
- Contributing to design and coding related standards, technology, and tool selections and defines new data collection and analysis processes.
- Acting proactively to propose new scenarios for analysis and insights

Qualifications For The Role

- You are well versed in data analytics, fluent in SQL, DAX, Power BI; you enjoy applying these skills to solve real-world problems. Candidates with exposure to Snowflake, Python and Streamlit are encouraged to apply, though these skills are not mandatory for the role.
- You have advanced skills and the ability to demonstrate your experience in data analytics and business intelligence. With over 3 years of experience in Data & Analytics, you bring proven expertise and practical knowledge to the role.

- As a proactive BI specialist, you thrive on turning complex problems into actionable insights, injecting fresh ideas, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver transformative solutions.
- Eager to grow and always ready to disrupt the status quo, you bring a forward-thinking mindset that helps shape smarter, data-informed decisions.
- You hold a University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance or related field or equivalent experience in data analysis, reporting, or BIis welcomed
- You are at ease communicating in English and collaborating with international teams and stakeholders
