Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilledPython Tech Leadto join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have7-8 years of experiencein software development and expertise inFlask, FastAPI, Django, Docker, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Linux, VCS, and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive the technical roadmap, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in software development.Experience with AI/ML for at least 1 year is a plus.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership:Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python applications.
- Architecture & Design:Architect, develop, and optimize backend services usingFlask and FastAPI.
- Database Management:Work with relational and NoSQL databases such asMySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Caching & Message Queues:Implement caching strategies usingRedisand manage event-driven architecture withKafka.
- Containerization & Orchestration:Deploy applications usingDocker and Kubernetes.
- Cloud Services:Manage deployments onAWS and GCP, optimizing cost and performance.
- DevOps & CI/CD:Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth software delivery.
- System Administration:Work withLinuxenvironments for scripting, automation, and server management.
- Version Control:Ensure best practices in code management usingVCS (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
- Mentorship:Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
- AI/ML Integration (Good to Have):Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate ML models into Python applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7-8 yearsof professional experience in Python development.
- Strong experience withFlaskandFastAPI.
- Expertise inSQL and NoSQL databases(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience withRedis and Kafka.
- Proficiency inDockerandKubernetesfor containerization and orchestration.
- Experience deploying applications onAWS and GCP.
- Solid understanding ofLinux administration.
- Strong knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience withGit and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.
- Good to Have:At least1 year of experience in AI/ML.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Exposure to security best practices in cloud and backend development.
