Job Summary The Catalog Junior Specialist will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the Efficiently product database The Junior Specialist will serve internal teams and management by preparing multi-dimensional analyses of large sets of data and will manipulate information acquired through multiple data sources You will provide data support to the Clients Efficiently will provide all the specialist job knowledge needed to perform this position Current shifts will occur between 3 PM IST and 12 AM IST and will be assigned to the employee based on client time change requirements Who We Are Efficiently is a productivity partner helping businesses become more efficient One of our core product offerings is Staffing Placement Services we recruit and train global team members primarily in India and place them remotely with USA-based companies We are not a recruitment firm we partner with our clients and placement team members remain employees of Efficiently - reducing barriers and costs for global staffing Every business in the USA needs help with its staffing needs We provide vetted and trained offshore specialists in many industry verticals our core focus is the construction industry These offshore team members allow companies to supplement their local teams with a cost-effective immediate solution We also offer an Enterprise SaaS Software as a Service Solution for the Construction Industry We are in BETA with our item management system this allows Architects Designers Contractors and Supply Showrooms to work together in managing the selection and specification of building materials Key Responsibilities Works with manufacturer websites to scrape and manipulate item attribute data sets for upload into the Catalog Works with the Team Lead to prioritize manufacturers for auditing Works with other divisional Catalog Specialists on Catalog related issues and questions Collect and maintain pricing data on the supplier level Monitor and complete incoming requests from clients Understands the assigned division on an intermediate level and familiarizes themselves with their divisional manufacturer accounts Qualifications Ability in web scraping - Good to have Candidate must have proficient English speaking and writing skills Must be a user of MS Office suite including Excel Word and Outlook Shift Timings Current shifts will occur between 3 00 PM IST and 12 00 AM IST and will be assigned to the employee based on client time change requirements Location Work from home WFH - Full time IT Requirements This is a remote position and will require a strong internet connection Further details will be provided during the interview If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team please submit your resume We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply To learn more about our team and working at efficiently visit efficiently All rights reserved 2024 efficiently All rights reserved 2024 Powered by JazzHR
