Role Overview: As an Account Manager you will play a key leadership role, managing client relationships while driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing PR strategies, ensuring high-quality creative work, and fostering a collaborative environment that breeds creativity and innovation. In this leadership role, you'll work closely with the national management team to grow the business and lead an energetic team to success. Key Responsibilities: Lead client relationships, offering strategic counsel and ensuring business goals are met. Develop and execute PR strategies that drive results and align with client objectives. Manage client teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and top-quality deliverables. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering strong client partnerships. Encourage creativity and innovation across teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Requirements: 4- 8 years of experience in PR/communications, with leadership in client servicing. . Experience in F&B/Fintech/Sustainability/FMCG preferred Excellent communication skills and experience in client relationship management. Business development experience, with a focus on steady, sustainable growth.
