Job Overview We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler / Visualization Specialist to create and optimize 3D assets for factory layouts, equipment, and immersive environments. The role involves ensuring models are optimized for real-time rendering, VR/AR readiness, and Omniverse compatibility. Key Responsibilities - Convert CAD/BIM files (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) into USD/OpenUSD formats. - Design and develop 3D assets using tools such as Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max. - Optimize textures, materials, and lighting for visual quality and performance. - Prepare models for real-time rendering, VR/AR environments, and physics simulations. - Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver accurate, high-quality assets. - Ensure models are Omniverse-ready and meet project performance standards. Required Skills & Expertise - Proficiency in CAD/BIM conversion (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). - Strong knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max). - Experience with USD/OpenUSD workflows. - Expertise in texture optimization, lighting, and rendering techniques. - Familiarity with VR/AR asset readiness and immersive design principles. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity). - Understanding of physics simulations and factory visualization. - Strong attention to detail with balance between aesthetics and efficiency.
