Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Analyst I in Information Security to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing security risks and implementing effective security measures to protect our organization's data and assets. Responsibilities - Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify security risks. - Monitor security systems and incidents, responding to alerts and providing resolution. - Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance overall security posture. - Perform regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions. - Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices. Skills and Qualifications - 9-14 years of experience in Information Security or related field. - Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.). - Proficiency in security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, etc.). - Experience with risk management and compliance assessments. - Knowledge of networking protocols and security architecture. - Familiarity with incident response procedures and forensic analysis. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
