Job Description Senior Engineer- Network Deployment, AVP Position Overview Job Title: Senior Engineer- Network Deployment Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Location: Bangalore, India Role Description Infrastructure Core Products (ICP) - Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, development, and operation of DB's Group-wide network for all areas of the Bank. GNS supports all aspects of network infrastructure in over 2500 offices in 50 countries. Under the direction of Product Lead, AVP will work as a facilitator all the communication and collaboration between leadership and team players to ensure successful business outcomes. Projects will range from the design and buildouts of new locations and silos to the rollout of new features and functionality for global initiatives in support of global market data applications, financial systems and infrastructure involving high volume securities trading and financial transactions. - Responsible for designing and implementing solutions leveraging and expanding on existing design standards, liaising with internal customers, raising changes and deploying new technologies as required by the project. - Responsible for delivering the requisite level of network resiliency and for testing network failover. - Support project managers and the regional management team in project planning, tracking, and reporting when required.
