Job Description We, at Growthpep, are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a full-time role and is based out of Mumbai. Responsibilities: - Planning and execution of campaigns on paid-media channel as per requirement of our clients - Post-campaign evaluation/reporting - Regular optimization of campaigns according to performance - Resolution of technical issues on channels handled - Planning and executing digital strategies of the respective brand - Data Analysis - Understanding of targeting & campaign setup on Facebook & Google Ads Requirements: - Candidates must have at least 2 year of core experience executing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads (or) must have worked with a digital marketing agency in a similar role - They must have a good working knowledge of E-commerce and/or D2C business models - They must be competent at reading and analyzing data on Google Analytics - We are looking for smart proactive individuals, who are also self-starters - Candidates must understand the latest trends in the industry and their role within a commercial environment About Us: We are an ROI Driven Performance Marketing Agency that focuses on the single most important metric for our partners Growth.
