Job Title Senior Analyst - Client Fund Reporting Shifts EMEA APAC US as applicable Department Client Reporting Fund Services Location Kochi About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to lead the daily production and delivery of client and fund reporting outputs This role combines hands-on reporting stakeholder coordination and team supervision You will ensure timely and accurate reporting while driving operational excellence and continuous process improvements The position also serves as an escalation point and plays a key role in supporting leadership and strategic initiatives Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production of client and fund reporting outputs ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Conduct daily stand-up meetings to coordinate tasks and allocate work within the team Ensure reports are completed in line with internal SLAs and external deadlines Maintain strong reporting control processes including sign-offs and compliance checks Provide technical guidance and coaching to analysts escalate critical issues where required Act as the first-level escalation point for exceptions and discrepancies lead root cause analysis Identify propose and implement process improvements and automation initiatives Serve as the key contact between the reporting team and stakeholders in Singapore UK Present updates on monthly production cycles including team KPIs and management information MI Cover for team manager in their absence including attending client service vendor meetings Support change management and strategic projects within the local team Must-Have Skills Qualifications Proven leadership supervisory experience in client or fund reporting Deep knowledge of fund structures financial reporting processes and regulatory documents such as UCITS KIID Key Investor Information Document KFS Key Facts Statement Advanced Excel skills pivot tables formulas macros Experience with reporting platforms e g Morningstar SharePoint or similar Strong technical and product knowledge to resolve complex reporting queries Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work under pressure manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with daily weekly monthly reporting cycles and tight production timelines Good-to-Have Skills Qualifications Experience with automation tools e g VBA Power BI Alteryx or Python for data processing Exposure to global client reporting frameworks and regulatory environments across different jurisdictions Prior experience in a client-facing role or service vendor management Understanding of fund accounting or performance measurement Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard tools Professional certifications e g CFA Level I II IMC or equivalent are a plus What You ll Be Like Proactive leader confident in taking ownership and making decisions Highly organised with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines Team-oriented and collaborative willing to step in to support peers and leadership Committed to continuous improvement client satisfaction and operational excellence Resilient adaptable and comfortable navigating change Skills fund reporting Data reporting Fund admin About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
