Role Overview:
Pavaman Aviation is seeking an

expert Aerial Photographer/Videographer

who will not only handle professional shoots for our organization but also

train candidates in aerial photography and videography courses.

This is a dual role combining creativity, technical expertise, and teaching ability.

Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality aerial photos and videos for training, marketing, and operational purposes.
Conduct

aerial photography/videography

training sessions for students.
Mentor candidates on shooting techniques, editing workflow, and storytelling.
Plan and execute shoots in collaboration with the training and spraying teams.
Maintain and manage photography/videography equipment and drones.

Requirements:
Proven experience in

aerial photography/videography

(portfolio required).
Strong skills in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, etc.).
Good communication and teaching skills.
Knowledge of drone operations (DGCA-certified drone pilot is a plus, but not mandatory).
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to guide students effectively.
