Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor, located in Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project timelines. The role also involves monitoring material usage, troubleshooting on-site issues, and reporting progress to project managers. Effective communication with the construction team and clients is essential to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

- Experience in construction site supervision, project management, and quality control
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in construction planning software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and adapt to changing project requirements
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in the residential, commercial, or institutional construction sectors is a plus
