This is a remote position Job Title Oracle GoldenGate Location Remote Type Freelance Experience 10 years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle GoldenGate OGG professional to deliver training or consulting services focused on real-time data replication and high-availability architecture using Oracle GG The candidate should be able to cover installation configuration troubleshooting and advanced features of GoldenGate across heterogeneous environments Key Responsibilities Deliver structured training sessions on Oracle GoldenGate architecture and operations Train on topics such as Real-time data replication Extract Pump and Replicat configuration Initial load and change data capture CDC Checkpoints trail files and process management Bi-directional replication Conflict detection and resolution Provide hands-on labs real-time demos and scenario-based learning Assist with installation setup and troubleshooting of Oracle GG Guide learners on best practices tuning and high availability HA setups Optionally prepare trainees for Oracle GoldenGate certifications Required Skills Experience 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate 12c or higher Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS data replication and high availability architectures Experience with heterogeneous replication Oracle to MySQL SQL Server PostgreSQL etc Familiarity with monitoring tools like GoldenGate Monitor or Enterprise Manager OEM Proficient with Linux Unix command line for managing OGG processes Excellent communication and presentation skills virtual or classroom
