Job Title Accounts Executive Job Summary Responsible for the overall finance activities for the India location this includes operations in financial analysis and accounting Responsible for organizing maintaining and directing accounting activities Responsible for consolidation of financial data for all Asia locations which includes the preparation of all Hyperion financial statements supporting schedules monthly checklists and administration Qualification Required Bachelor s degree in commerce or arts or equivalent experience One 1 to three 3 years of experience Prior office administration experience in a corporate and or technical environment Able to track projects and handle multiple demands and competing priorities Excellent organizational analytical interpersonal and communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Fluent in English speaking Ability to read and write in English clearly Ability to perform mathematical calculations Ability to work well with others in a team environment RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Company s mission vision values and goals in performance of daily activities Coordinates activities of mail receipt distribution and delivery throughout the facility Single point contact for all travel related activities Oversees and coordinate with maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation facility equipment repair and preventative maintenance Reviews and prepares purchase requisitions Enters and or receives purchase orders Support Accounts Finance function in all accounting aspects including TDS GST and good handle on bookkeeping activity Orders and maintains office supply for assigned departments Supports employee engagement or any other support activities from time to time Supports finance department tasks as required Coordinates requirements to ensure compliance with Tower s records retention program Serves as designated Records Administrator Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the work area Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization Assures compliance with central state local and corporate policies regulations and laws Adherence to all company policies and procedures Required Skills Required Experience
