Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, React, and Microsoft Azure, and will have a proven track record of delivering robust, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications. - Implement RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Python. - Develop dynamic user interfaces and reusable front-end components using React. - Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to coding best practices. - Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of both front-end and back-end systems. - Troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently. - Stay current with emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices. Technical Skills and Experience Mandatory: - 10+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years with Python and React. - Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.). - Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React ecosystem. - Proficiency in back-end development using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs in microservices architectures. - Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB). - Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab. Desirable: - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks. - Experience in Agile development environments. Non-Technical Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Adaptability to changing technologies and business needs. - Capacity to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in Azure or full-stack development are an advantage.
