Job Description Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Informatica software and infrastructure. - Manage Informatica repositories and metadata, including security and access controls. - Monitor and optimize Informatica performance, including server resources, database performance, and network connectivity. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica infrastructure, including ETL processes, mappings, and workflows. - Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for Informatica infrastructure. - Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for Informatica infrastructure and processes. - Provide technical support to Informatica developers, including issue resolution and guidance on best practices. Requirements: - Experience in Informatica administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Informatica software, ETL processes, and data integration technologies. - Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Power Exchange, and Data Quality tools. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with database management and SQL programming. - Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting languages. - Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices for service management.
