Curious about the role What your typical day would look like We are seeking an experiencedWorkiva resourceto support our banking client in implementing, enhancing, and managing Workiva solutions for financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background infinancial services,regulatory reporting, andWorkiva Wdesk platformconfiguration. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, configure, and maintainWorkiva Wdesksolutions for financial, regulatory, and risk reporting. - Collaborate with finance, risk, and compliance teams to design automated reporting processes and streamline data workflows. - Develop and manageconnected reporting templates, dashboards, and reports. - Integrate Workiva with source systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, spreadsheets). - SupportRegulatory ReportingandFinancial Reporting. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all Workiva deliverables. - Provideuser training, documentation, and ongoing support. - Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities within Workiva. Job Requirement Required Qualifications: - 4-14 yearsof hands-on experience withWorkiva Wdeskplatform (implementation or administration). - Strong understanding offinancial reporting,regulatory compliance, andrisk managementprocesses in banking. - Experience withXBRL tagging,workflow automation, anddata connectivityin Workiva. - Familiarity withbanking regulationsandreporting standards. - AdvancedExcel,data modeling, andreportingskills. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience withERP systemsordata integration tools. - Background inaccounting, finance, or regulatory reportingwithin the banking sector. - Workiva certificationsare a plus. - Experience working inAgileenvironments or ondigital transformationinitiatives. - Hands on experience on other reporting tools (Power BI / Tableau)
