We build all our core systems in-house, operate fully automated infrastructure, and use every line of code to strengthen our trading edge. Were looking for an Engineering Manager to lead projects, drive architecture decisions, and support a high-performing engineering team.

Role Overview

This is a senior engineering leadership role focused on delivery, architecture, and technical mentorship. As Engineering Manager, youll work alongside other senior leaders to ensure that our systems are fast, reliable, and scalable. Youll oversee key projects across trading, data, and platform teams balancing performance with maintainability and execution with quality.

What Youll Do

- Drive the architecture and timely delivery of systems across trading, data, and internal tools.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams working in Rust, C++, Python, Node.js, and React.
- Coordinate closely with quants, traders, and infrastructure engineers to deliver real-time, production-grade systems.
- Ensure clear accountability, fast iteration cycles, and high code quality across the board.
- Guide design and implementation of performance-sensitive services and distributed infrastructure.
- Own deployment and observability workflows to maintain high system reliability.
- Coach engineers, support technical growth, and help scale team execution.

What Were Looking For

- 10+ years of engineering experience with exposure to high-performance, distributed systems ideally in trading, infrastructure, or systems-heavy environments.
- Strong system design skills, with deep understanding of performance optimization and software architecture.
- Hands-on ability to review and guide production-level code in Rust, Python, or C++.
- Experience leading teams, delivering complex projects, and mentoring engineers.
- Comfort working across the stack from backend systems to deployment and monitoring layers.
- Product-minded thinking, technical pragmatism, and strong execution instincts.
