We Are Hiring Site Project Engineer Mechanical HVAC Utillity In Mumbai Job Title Site Project Engineer - Mechanical HVAC Utility Location Thane Mumbai Department Engineering Project Execution Reports To Project Manager Mechanical Lead Type Full-Time Site-Based Key Responsibilities Supervise installation testing and commissioning of HVAC and utility systems chillers AHUs ducts piping compressors etc Review and interpret mechanical drawings technical specifications and project schedules Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal teams for seamless project execution Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety quality and regulatory standards Prepare daily weekly site progress reports documentation and inspection checklists Ensure timely availability of materials tools and manpower at the site Troubleshoot and resolve site-level mechanical issues and escalate critical risks Conduct quality checks and supervise third-party testing and inspections Maintain documentation for HVAC utility layouts as-built drawings and equipment logs Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of mechanical components Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 3-6 years of relevant experience in HVAC utility project execution site-based Sound knowledge of HVAC systems mechanical utilities and project workflow Familiar with relevant codes and standards ASHRAE SMACNA IS Codes etc Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
