PhysicsWallah (PW) is Hiring: Sales Executive – STEM Labs (K–10 Schools) About the Role PhysicsWallah is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive the outreach and adoption of our STEM Innovation Labs in schools. This role requires a passion for education and technology, along with strong relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with school leadership, and driving the implementation of our hands-on STEM learning solutions. Key Responsibilities - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with key school stakeholders (principals, trustees, school owners, decision-makers) to introduce STEM Labs. - Client Engagement: Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the benefits of STEM Labs. - Business Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of schools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lasting relationships. - Sales Conversion: Negotiate proposals, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and market trends; recommend strategies toenhance outreach and conversions. - Collaboration: Coordinate with academic and technical teams to align school requirements with product offerings. - Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and closures; submit weekly sales reports. Desired Candidate Profile - Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Education Management preferred. - Experience: 1–3 years in education sales, EdTech, publishing, or school partnerships (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). - Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to build long-term relationships with school stakeholders - Target-driven with proven ability to achieve/exceed goals - Willingness to travel frequently for school visits and fieldwork - Personal Traits: Self-motivated, persuasive, resilient, and passionate about transforming education through STEM
