The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in gathering business requirements by participating in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal walkthroughs. - Document meeting minutes, action items, and maintain requirement traceability. - Help draft basic user stories with support from senior team members. - Support the preparation of Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD). - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure alignment with requirements. - Maintain up-to-date Jira boards, update tasks, and monitor sprint progress. - Shadow senior analysts in conducting gap analysis, feasibility checks, and stakeholder communications. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - 12 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or digital product development. - Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
