What we are looking for CoinFantasy is looking for a Web3 Growth Marketing Manager who can build and grow the CoinFantasy community on Discord Twitter Telegram and more You will work closely with the marketing and product team to run events drive conversations and educate people about our platform Responsibilities - Craft global performance-based integrated campaigns that will drive key acquisition engagement and pipeline goals- Responsible for executing and optimizing cross-channel acquisition and engagement programs to drive conversions- Develop and execute high-level community growth and engagement strategies with ongoing assessment and optimization against initial plans - Collaborate with the marketing and product team to ideate and coordinate community promotions and campaigns- Oversee the community narrative across all social media platforms- Grow and engage a heterogeneous and multicultural community of blockchain enthusiasts- Drive performance marketing campaigns leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI- Oversee the setup of all communities including Discord Twitter and Telegram channels permissions bots and security measures- Create reports about community engagement and feedback- Share actionable insights from customer feedback internally to improve our products and service- Keep constantly updated on what s happening in our universe What we expect - Overall 4 years of experience in marketing- 2 years of experience in community marketing in crypto space Proven experience in managing and fostering crypto or web3 communities of large scale members- Understanding of blockchain technology smart contracts and decentralized applications development - Experience in leading a team of moderators or a similar leadership role - Excellent communication and copywriting skills- Strong editorial eye- Able to work autonomously set agenda and prioritize work with minimal input - Passion for blockchain technology DeFi applications NFTs wallets block explorers DAO tools and other key Web3 building blocks - Experience in launching and managing community initiatives- Experience with content marketing social media and related tools- Understanding of and passion for decentralized technology - Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced team- Open to working on-site from our Chennai office We want to work alongside you About Us - CoinFantasy is a Play to Invest platform that brings the world of investment to users through engaging games With multiple categories of games it aims to make investing fun intuitive and enjoyable for users - It features a sandbox environment in which users are exposed to the end-to-end investment journey without risking financial losses Website https www coinfantasy io Benefits - Competitive Salary- A fulfilling challenging and flexible work experience- Practically unlimited professional and career growth opportunities ref updazz com
