Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Accounts & Admin Executive at HCP Technologies Private Limited. The Accounts & Admin Executive will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain petty cash, handle accounting software, oversee Goods and Services Tax (GST) processes, and prepare financial statements. This on-site role is located in Bengaluru, where the candidate will be responsible for both administrative and financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee records including travel expenses, reimbursements, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policy and employee policy, and communicate updates to employees.
- Manage company accounts including GST filing, PF filing, ITR preparation, TDS, and annual compliance requirements.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and record keeping.
- Generate invoices, raise purchase orders (POs), and ensure vendor and employee payments are made on time.
- Support administrative coordination for smooth office operations.

Qulification/Requirments:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts and administration roles, preferably in the capital equipment or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of GST, PF, ITR, TDS, statutory compliances, and financial statement preparation
- Experience in petty cash management
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of general finance principles
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
