Coordinate sales team by managing schedules filing important documents and communicating relevant information Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Monitor the team s progress identify shortcomings and propose improvements Ensure adherence to laws and policies Create billings for order as per standard discount rate Ensure Sales receipts and billings should be sealed with signature A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them You must be able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly Meets monthly sales and collections goals as provided by management Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely manner and according to the desires of customers Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism Makes set sales target and share to marketing executive to achieve monthly basis Preparations of MIS reports Handling marketing tools To ensure customer accounts should not convert to bad accounts To ensure executives are reaching with all the customers Ensure our product and services should be more than customer expectation MCE Key Result Area Meet sales and collection targets Follow-up for collection Coordination with Sales Executive Order Management Preparations of Sales Report Assigning targets for sales executive Follow up with customers dealers and painters Job specification Any degree with above 60 of marks Basis Knowledge in MS Office Good communication skills and attitude Fresher s are welcome Required Female candidate Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Compensation Package Performance bonus Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Edapal Kerala Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 07 2025
