Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager, based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and establishing new business leads, managing relationships with existing clients, and presenting and promoting the company's products. The Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager will also be responsible for overseeing sales activities, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and preparing sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales and business development
- Strong knowledge and understanding of hydraulic cylinders and rotary joints
- Must be able to travel for business by airplane or car as needed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and forecasts
- Ability to manage client relationships and customer satisfaction
- High level of self-motivation, passion, and energy
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
