Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Management: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals. Sales and Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle complaints and inquiries, and build customer loyalty. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment. Merchandising & Presentation: Oversee the presentation of merchandise, maintain high standards of visual display, and ensure the showroom is clean and organized. Operations: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and reports, and collaborate with management on strategies. Required QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail, preferably jewellery, sector. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Sales Acumen: Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of jewellery products, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Operational Skills: Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations. Desirable SkillsProficiency with retail software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and CRM software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
