🧑💻 Software Development Intern (Full-Time, Onsite – Kerala Startup Mission) Location: Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), Kochi Duration: 6 months internship (with possibility of full-time offer) Stipend: ₹0 – ₹20,000 / month (based on prior experience & performance) 🚀 About the Role We’re looking for motivated, full-time interns who are passionate about building software and want hands-on experience working in a real startup environment. If you’ve done projects during college, enjoy solving problems, and are eager to learn new technologies, this role is for you. 🧩 Preferred Skills - Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and ability to learn new frameworks quickly - Experience with Flutter (mobile/web) or Next.js / React.js (web) is a plus, but not mandatory - Familiarity with Git/version control - Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to take initiative - Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced team environment 🧠Internship Structure - Month 1: Assessment Period - Evaluate technical skills, discipline, and ability to learn - Stipend applicable only if retained after this assessment - Month 3 & 6: Performance reviews to decide continuation or possible full-time conversion - After 6 Months: Internship may convert to a permanent role based on performance and company requirements 📍 Work Mode - Onsite only – Kerala Startup Mission, Kochi - Work closely with the core product and engineering team - Get exposure to real-world product development, debugging, and deployment workflows 💰 Stipend - ₹0 – ₹20,000 / month (based on prior project experience and skill level) - Paid after successful completion of assessment milestones 🌱 Why Join Us - Work on live products with real customers - Learn from experienced developers and founders - Opportunity to convert to a full-time role after internship - Build a strong foundation for your professional career in a startup ecosystem 📩 How to Apply Send your resume + portfolio/GitHub/project links to hr@zeldin.ai - Include a short note about what you’ve built before and why you want to work at a startup.
