🚀 We’re Hiring | Tax Manager – US Corporate Tax (1120) 🚀 📍 Location: Bengaluru We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing tax services team supporting US middle-market clients across multiple industries. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage US corporate tax engagements (Federal & State) • Review and oversee preparation of US tax returns (1120, partnerships, individuals, trusts & estates) • Advise clients on tax planning strategies and compliance requirements • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective tax solutions • Mentor and coach Tax Seniors and Staff, driving team performance • Support process improvements and contribute to business development initiatives 🔹 Required Experience & Skills • 6+ years of experience in US Federal & State taxation • Strong expertise in corporate tax compliance and review • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field • CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred (or eligibility to obtain) • Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus • Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines ✨ This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where leadership, technical excellence, and continuous learning are valued. 📩 Interested or know someone who fits?
