Job Description About The Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR fresher to join our team. This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition, along with providing support in other HR functions. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR and grow into a well-rounded HR professional. Key Responsibilities - Talent acquisition: - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Support in screening resumes and conducting initial HR discussions. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Onboarding & documentation: - Assist in preparing offer letters and joining formalities. - Ensure proper documentation and maintain employee records. - Support in conducting induction sessions for new employees. - Employee engagement & HR operations: - Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities. - Help in addressing day-to-day employee queries and concerns. - Support in attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates. - Compliance & policies: - Assist in maintaining HR files and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Support in drafting HR communications and policy-related documents.
