Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Telecalling Officer to join our team, specializing in inbound customer service calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or issues.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
