As we scale into a mass-premium, culture-shaping brand, we're looking for aCopywriter who can become the voice of Secret Alchemistacross everything our consumer touches, feels, and reads. If you believe words can shift perception, build trust, create desire, and spark community this role is for you. You'll be the custodian of brand language, ensuring that every piece of communication isconsistent, conscious, and culturally resonant. Your responsibilities: Brand and Content Writing - Maintain consistent brand tonality acrossads, social media, website, PDPs, emailers, landing pages, packaging copy, and more. - Translate brand strategy into powerful stories that educate, inspire, and convert. - Create engaging, sharp scripts forreels, influencers, founders videos, and brand films Community Building - Help build, manage, and nurture theSecret Alchemist communitieson WhatsApp & Instagram. - Share updates, insights, ritual-led content, and thoughtful conversations that keep the community connected. - Maintain a strong yet empathetic brand presence inside our groups. Cross Brand Engagement - Initiate and manage conversations with other clean beauty, wellness, fragrance, and lifestyle brands in the ecosystem. - Assist in co-branded campaigns and cultural collaborations. Creative Collaboration - Work closely with design, performance marketing, brand managers, and founders to shape cohesive storytelling. - Partner with influencers to script, storyboard, and deliver content that feels authentic and aligned with our clean philosophy. - Who you are - - A storyteller at heart someone who can make complex ideas feel simple, emotional, and aspirational. - Deeply aware of digital culture, social trends, and the pulse of millennial & Gen Z audiences. - Obsessed with clarity, consistency, and clean communication. - Comfortable writing across formats: ads, long-form, scripts, community messaging, brand films, and product education. - Passionate about beauty, wellness, fragrance, or storytelling-driven brands. - Bonus: familiarity witharomatherapy, clean beauty, or D2C brands.
