About the Role We are looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Executive to lead and execute our digital marketing campaigns end-to-end The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Google Ads Instagram and other digital platforms with a strong ability to plan run optimize and analyze campaigns for performance You ll play a key role in driving brand awareness lead generation and measurable business growth through data-backed marketing strategies Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Facebook Instagram Google Ads and Email ensuring maximum ROI and performance Monitor measure and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR CPC CPA conversion rates and ROAS to inform data-driven decisions Manage and grow the company s presence on social media platforms ensuring consistent branding and engagement Develop creative content and ad copies tailored for different audiences and campaign goals Collaborate with designers and vendors to develop marketing assets and promotional materials Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends audience insights and opportunities for growth Prepare detailed performance and analytics reports providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Support email marketing website updates product launches and event promotions as needed Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing communications Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field 2-4 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Meta Google Ads and Email campaigns TikTok Ads experience is a plus Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and KPIs Google Analytics Meta Insights Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager etc Demonstrated ability to analyze data draw insights and make campaign optimizations to improve ROI Experience with SEO content marketing and email marketing campaigns Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools HubSpot Zoho Salesforce Mailchimp etc Basic knowledge of design tools Canva Photoshop Illustrator and ability to brief creative teams effectively Excellent communication analytical and project management skills Creative mindset attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience in SEO SEM Meta Google Ads or paid social campaigns Knowledge of CRM tools Zoho HubSpot etc Basic video editing or content creation skills Key Competencies Strategic thinking Creativity and innovation Analytical mindset Team collaboration Time management Adaptability Compensation Salary Range 20 000 - 50 000 per month based on experience and skills Additional performance-based incentives Why Join Us Work closely with a passionate team Opportunity to work on diverse marketing projects Exposure to strategic brand building and digital marketing campaigns Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Fast-paced learning-focused work culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
