About Userfacet

Userfacet is a UX design and custom software development agency helping enterprises and SaaS companies deliver intuitive, high-impact digital products. We work on challenging projects that demand creativity, precision, and technical excellence and were looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can help us push boundaries.

What Youll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Userfacet, youll take ownership of designing, building, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications. Youll work closely with our designers, PMs, and other engineers to turn ideas into exceptional products.

You will:

- Build, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications with a focus on React (front-end) and Python or Node.js (back-end).
- Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional, responsive web applications.
- Work with CSS, HTML, JSON, and JavaScript to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Integrate 3rd party APIs and ensure robust, secure communication between services.
- Leverage TypeScript to enhance code maintainability and reliability.
- Deploy and manage applications using AWS services for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and to spec.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve code quality.

What Were Looking For

- 2+ years of professional experience in React (expert-level proficiency).
- 2+ years of experience in Python or Node.js (proficiency in at least one is required).
- Strong skills in CSS, HTML, JSON, and JavaScript (minimum 2+ years).
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal is required.
- Highly Preferred:
- Knowledge of Generative AI principles and LLM models.
- Knowledge of React Native and Material UI.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.).
- Experience with 3rd-party API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
