Job Title: Global Software License Keys Customer Support Assistant
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Employment Type: Contract
Shift: Rotational (including weekends, based on schedule)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Customer Support Assistant to manage software license keys, entitlement verification, and provide global-level support for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to software licensing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer queries, and maintaining documentation of all interactions.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage software license keys and entitlement verification processes
- Provide global-level support for internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve complex issues related to software licensing
- Maintain documentation of all interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or related field
