Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding).
- Understand and analyze technical job requirements in domains like Java, DevOps, Cloud, UI/UX, Data Engineering, etc.
- Engage with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Source candidates from multiple platforms including job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, offer roll-out, and onboarding formalities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IT skills and technical roles across various domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver in tight timelines.
