This Position reports to: IS Manager In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the foundation of Robotics NewCo's digital landscape by orchestrating master data flows and governance across multiple systems. You will design, document, and optimize how data is created, maintained, and used across our IS ecosystem - connecting CRM, ERP, Master Data (MD), and data warehouse applications. By ensuring data consistency, transparency, and proper governance, you will enable accurate insights, process efficiency, and digital innovation across the Robotics organization. Working closely with Global Business Process Owners, Data Owners, and IS Architecture & Applications teams, you will bring structure, clarity, and strategic direction to how Robotics NewCo manages and leverages its critical data assets. The work model for the role is: hybrid The position is global. The preferred locations are Polen, India, Spain and Czech Republic. Your responsibilities: - Design, document, and optimize data and master data flows between applications in the existing IS landscape, ensuring consistent data usage across systems. - Define the architecture of new data flows within the targeted IS application environment, acting as a subject-matter expert for data and master data integration. - Organize and oversee the maintenance of master data in global MD systems, ensuring proper synchronization and utilization across Robotics applications. - Establish and lead a cross-functional master data governance framework, collaborating with Process Owners and key stakeholders to drive accountability and data quality. - Advise and support business and IS stakeholders on data interpretation and usage for multiple business purposes, ensuring clarity and compliance. - Support data migration and transformation activities linked to ongoing IS and digitalization projects. - Contribute to the data as a product model by introducing structured, scalable service delivery for Robotics stakeholders. Your background: - Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Solid experience in data architecture, master data management (MDM), or information systems integration within a global, complex organization. - Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes (CRM, ERP, MD systems, data warehouses) and data flow design. - Proven ability to define governance structures, regulations, and processes for data management across multiple functions. - Experience supporting data migrations and transformations in large-scale IS projects. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights. - A proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset comfortable working in a changing technological environment.
