Role: Placement Officer Experience: 5+ years Location: Bangalore (On-site) Key Responsibilities: - Guide and support learners (both working professionals and beginners) in achieving successful career transitions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and industry networks. - Organize placement drives, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and career workshops. - Track placement metrics, maintain reports, and ensure consistent learner success. - Collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to align learner outcomes with industry expectations. Desired Profile: - 5+ years of relevant experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career services. - Strong understanding of IT, Data, and Analytics job markets. - Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. - Empathy and enthusiasm for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
