𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 • Conceptualise & Design Apparel and Accessories: Create unique, trend-driven designs for limited-edition apparel and accessories from ideation to final execution, ensuring alignment with DROPZ's bold brand identity. • Conduct Trend Research & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of global and local fashion and accessory trends, streetwear culture, material innovations, and emerging design techniques. • Sketch & Digital Rendering: Produce detailed hand-drawn and digital illustrations for apparel and accessories, capturing silhouettes, patterns, embellishments, and hardware details. • Develop Technical Specifications & Tech Packs: Prepare comprehensive tech packs outlining fabric/material details, colorways, measurements, construction techniques, and stitching guidelines. • Oversee Sample & Prototype Development: Work closely with manufacturers to create prototypes, ensuring proper fit, construction, and detailing for both apparel and accessories. • Quality Control & Final Approvals: Conduct thorough reviews of samples and prototypes, ensuring every piece meets DROPZ's functional, aesthetic, and quality standards before production. • Collaborate on Lookbooks & Campaigns: Assist in styling and conceptualizing photoshoots for marketing campaigns and product drops, bringing the DROPZ vision to life.
