About the Role

We're seeking a talented Creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team at Dizzy Duck. This role combines photography, videography, cinematography, and motion graphics expertise to create compelling visual content that celebrates our community of empowered women and drives our brand forward.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand content
- Plan and execute photo/video shoots from concept to completion
- Operate professional camera equipment and lighting setup

Post-Production & Editing:

- Edit photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other industry-standard software
- Edit videos with advanced techniques in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Color correction, audio mixing, and visual enhancement

Motion Graphics & Animation:

- Create engaging motion graphics and animations using After Effects
- Develop animated logos, titles, and visual effects
- Design dynamic social media content and promotional materials

Creative Strategy:

- Collaborate with marketing team on visual storytelling strategies that resonate with our community
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills

- 3+ years experience in photography and videography
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles and composition
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, or related field
- Experience with 3D animation software
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design
- Social media content creation experience
- Understanding of women's lifestyle and athleisure market
