Job Description Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Process Improvement Expert to lead global initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, elevate user experience, and ensure compliance with international standards. This role will drive transformation across business units by re-engineering processes, refining digital interfaces, and establishing governance frameworks that support sustainable growth and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization & Engineering - Lead end-to-end re-engineering of business processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and compliance - Apply process engineering principles to design workflows that reduce redundancy and enhance productivity - Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that streamline operations Global Governance & Compliance - Develop and maintain governance models to monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to global standards - Author and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support international compliance and operational consistency - Collaborate with regional teams to harmonize processes and address country-specific nuances User Experience Enhancement - Conduct UI/UX reviews across platforms to ensure intuitive, user-centric design - Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize features that improve internal and external user satisfaction - Monitor feedback loops and usability metrics to guide continuous improvement Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with data operations, product, and transformation teams - Lead workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of new processes and tools - Build business cases for transformation initiatives, including ROI analysis and risk assessments Qualifications Qualifications - 5+ experience in business transformation, process optimization, or product operations - Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle and platform architecture - Demonstrated ability to write globally compliant SOPs and implement governance frameworks - Experience with UI/UX principles and usability testing - Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar methodologies - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools - Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment Additional Information Our Benefits - Flexible working environment - Volunteer time off - LinkedIn Learning - Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
