ITI Dip BE BTech Mechanical Fresher Chennai 2025 Job Description/: B.Tech Freshers Manufacturing / Production / R&D; Location/: chennai Experience/: Fresher /(0 to 1 year/) Qualification/: B.Tech Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Automobile / Industrial Engineering 1. Position/: Graduate Engineer Trainee /(Manufacturing / Production/) Key Responsibilities/: /- Assist in daily production operations and line management activities. /- Support process optimization and improve cycle time, productivity, and quality. /- Work with cross/-functional teams to resolve production issues. /- Conduct time study, work analysis, and prepare production reports. /- Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices. /- Assist in maintaining machines and equipment through basic troubleshooting. Key Skills & Competencies/: /- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes. /- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPM /(preferred/). /- Good analytical and problem/-solving skills. /- Ability to work in a quick/-paced production environment. /- Good communication and team collaboration. 2. Position/: Graduate Engineer Trainee /(Research & Development R&D;/) Key Responsibilities/: /- Support design, development, and testing of new products. /- Assist in preparing CAD drawings, prototypes, and engineering documentation. /- Conduct product validation, functional testing, and performance analysis. /- Help in BOM creation, specification setting, and technical reports. /- Coordinate with production, quality, and supplier teams for product improvements. /- Participate in innovation, reverse engineering, and benchmarking activities. Key Skills & Competencies/: /- Strong fundamentals in engineering design & material science. /- Knowledge of CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo /(preferred/). /- Technical curiosity and strong innovation mindset. /- Good problem/-solving and research skills. /- Excellent documentation and communication ability.
