We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in Chennai & Cochin, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and driving sales in the region.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers to ensure a strong presence in the market.
- Conduct product presentations and provide product samples to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and medical conferences.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a medical representative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
