Domnic Lewis has been exclusively mandated to hire a Statistical Programming Associate Director for a leading global life sciences organization.

This is a strategic leadership role for seasoned professionals with 10–15 years of experience in clinical statistical programming (SAS/R/Python). You'll lead the programming function across global clinical trials, drive innovation and process improvement, and ensure high-quality regulatory deliverables.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end statistical programming for clinical studies or drug development programs.
- Translate clinical protocols into programming strategies and outputs.
- Oversee internal teams and CROs to deliver on time, with quality and compliance.
- Act as SME in CDISC, SDTM/ADaM standards, and regulatory submission expectations.
- Mentor teams, manage resources, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

- 10–15 years' experience in clinical statistical programming.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAS, and familiarity with R/Python is a plus.
- Prior experience working with CROs, regulatory teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven leadership in managing teams, timelines, risks, and global projects.
