Key Responsibilities: - Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for campaigns, social media, videos, and event collaterals. - Understand briefs and develop content aligned with campaign objectives. - Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas. - Research, brainstorm, and craft narratives that connect with diverse audiences from employees to CXOs. - Develop content for internal communications, employer branding campaigns, and culture-driven initiatives. - Adapt tone and style across platforms from punchy social captions to long-form decks and scripts. - Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and creativity. - Participate in meetings and document clear Minutes of Meeting (MoM). - Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities. - Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and consistency. - Stay updated with trends in communication, culture, and marketing to keep ideas fresh and relevant. - Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions, campaign pitches, and brand-building discussions. - Create SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and landing pages that drives visibility and engagement. - Develop long-form content such as case studies, articles, and campaign decks that tell compelling brand stories. Qualifications & Experience: - Postgraduate degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. - 12 years of experience as a writer or copywriter with a strong, diverse content portfolio. - Proven ability to write for different audiences, tones, and formats. - Well-versed in current trends and best practices in social media and content marketing. - Strong understanding of digital and event industry communication with persuasive, idea-driven copy. - A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Familiarity with strategic writing, keyword usage, and SEO optimization. - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional creative and strategy teams.
